Booking
It is recommended to anyone wishing to stay in a hotel to book in advance and obtain the agreement of the hotel. On the occasion of any reservation the customer must pay a deposit or a credit card number. The hotel contract is deemed concluded as soon as the agreement between the parties. Reservations made on our website are effective after the flow of the reservation fee. If rejected, the hotel may cancel the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival
Opening time
The hotel welcomes you 24h / 24h 365 days.
Payment
The housing benefit is payable on or before the day of departure. For long-term rentals, the notes shall be paid every week.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay by cash.
By application of Article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer can not oppose the retention of luggage if it refuses to pay.
A credit card number will be payable as collateral.
The room rate is determined by the day. Failure to pay will result in immediate expulsion of the client subject to legal action for the settlement of its due. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to Judge of the Court of the Civil Court of Paris. In case the customer could not provide it, we would be forced not to get to your room rental demand.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is never
included in the booking price. It is in force in the town and payable locally. Amount 2017: € 0.99 per person per night.
The breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 11:00 in the breakfast room for that purpose; if they leave early in the morning, we can, on request, make available in-room breakfast tray.
Cancellation / rebooking and commitment
In case of modification or cancellation of reservation, any customer is required to prevent 72 hours before. The client fail to warn on time above, he must pay as if he was staying. Any rental started is due in full.
The arrival delays or early departures may in no circumstances give rise to a refund.
- If canceled or modified up to 3 days prior to arrival, the hotel does not charge (request via email).
- If canceled or modified later, the hotel requires 100% of stay (request via email).
In case of no show, the hotel requires 100% of the stay and will be able to rent the room.
- If modified during the stay the hotel requires 100% of stay.
Reservation "non-refundable"

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Group
A reservation is considered group from 5 rooms booked. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at time of booking to confirm the group. If canceled or modified up to 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, excluding lump cancellation fee of € 100.
The deposit will be forfeited for any cancellations or changes within 15 days prior to arrival.
Degradation and nuisances
The customer must use the rented property in good father.
The rooms available to our customers are satisfied, functional and in good condition. Customers are encouraged to immediately report to the hotel reception any failure.
In case of problems, the customer will assume civil liability. In case of deterioration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the repair or replacement cost. It is the same for any infringement after the departure of the client, the amount of compensation will be charged to the customer's card.
The hotel may require in case of voluntary or involuntary deterioration of materials, objects, furniture belonging to the full repayment hotel with a penalty and damages of € 1000 to € 2000.
The hotel may require in case of flooding or water damage, voluntary or involuntary, full reimbursement of damages caused. In case of damage in other rooms, reimbursement for overnight stays of other guests will be required.
The hotel may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state that is judged inappropriate. In case of deterioration carpet, bedding, mattress, the hotel will require the repayment of the damage with a minimum fee of € 1,000 for rehabilitation and the inability to re-let the rooms.
Generally the customer will settle the damage directly to the hotel. He can call his insurance (if he wants to be reimbursed) for all intentional or unintentional damage it will during his stay.
All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to reclaim the amount of one night for additional cleaning costs to the customer who smoke in his room. If the customer wishes to continue smoking inside or outside these areas, it will be asked to leave the hotel.
In case of non-respect of the rules of the hotel (available on site) the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being unable to require a refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of unreported from consumption and the damage in the room. This amount will be charged on the credit card number provided upon booking. The hotel will have no obligation to inform the customer but can provide on request an invoice.
Customers must nail anything on the walls or move any furniture.

In the interest of the peace of the establishment, all noise must stop between 10:00 p.m. ET 8:00. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or animal under the responsibility of the customer, will bring the hotel to invite the latter to leave the institution without it being necessary to perform acoustic measurements, since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of customers (art R.1334-30 and R;. 1334 to 1331 of the code of public Health). All inappropriate uproars will be reported to the police if necessary.
A hotel room is a place to rest. All trade is prohibited.

For reasons of safety and respect for everyone, it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel. Pursuant to Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 establishing the conditions for implementing the ban on smoking in places used for collective use, smoking in the hotel puts you at an additional charge of 90 € or prosecution. It is also forbidden to remove the fire detection devices, and for the same reasons cited above.
Any unnecessary sounding of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged € 150 for return to service costs of the fire safety system.
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals or make non drinks provided by the hotel, as well as make his laundry.
Claim
Any complaint about the quality of services must be presented to the hotel on the spot.
Mini safe
The identity documents and valuables (watch, jewelery, means of payment, etc ...) must be placed in the room safe provided for this purpose. For larger objects, a safe is available at reception.
Items forgotten
The left or abandoned objects will be sold as provided by the law of 31 March 1896. If the client requests the return of business by mail or parcel, if it will be obligatory with tracking and insurance for valuables. The shipment will be made after payment by the customer shipping costs.
knavery
The swindle is an offense characterized by the fact consuming a good or a paid service:
- By knowing unable to pay or being willfully determined not to pay.
- While pretending to be willing to pay.
The swindle is punishable by six months imprisonment and a € 7,500 fine plus damages.
Acceptance of the rules and conditions of sale
The internal rules of the hotel applies to all bookings. Any stay involves the acceptance of specific conditions and internal regulations of the hotel. Non-compliance of the above provisions result in the immediate termination of the contract. In non-compliance of the internal regulations of the hotel the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund.
IN BREACH BY YOU OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTEL IS FOUND IN THE OBLIGATION TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IN THIS MOMENT AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
